      以打造無人機系統高端平臺，激發無人系統創新應用，加強無人系統交流合作，促進無人系統產業發展，增強行業凝聚力和影響力，實現聯盟成員合作共贏。聯盟將以國 家產業政策為指導，以市場為導向，以信用為基石，以契約為保障，以企業為主體，融 合各方資源，搭建管、產、學、研、商、用的平臺，建立合作運營、利益分享的機制， 提升聯盟成員研究開發、生產制造、集成應用及維修服務技術水平，凝聚聯盟成員在技 術和社會各方面的號召力、影響力，提升無人系統在社會各領域的應用水平，完善我國 無人系統產業鏈，促進我國無人機系統產業的健康發展，不斷增強中國無人機系統的產 業競爭力。中國無人機系統產業聯盟自2014年8月底籌建以來，現有會員單位140家， 專家委員會成員60余人。

Objectives of AUVSC

Tenet of AUVSC (Association for Unmanned Vehicle System of China): Create a high-end platform for UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) system; stimulate the innovative applications of UVA system; strengthen exchanges and cooperation on UVA system; promote the industrial development of UVA system; enhance its industrial cohesion and influence and realize the win-win cooperation of AUVSC members. AUVSC will take national industrial policy as its guidance, market as its orientation, credit as its cornerstone, contract as its security and enterprise as its main body to integrate resources at all levels , set up the platform of management , production , study , research, business and application, establish a cooperative-operating and benefit- sharing mechanism, elevate AUVSC member’s technological levels of research and development, production and manufacturing, integrated application and maintenance services, agglomerate AUVSC member’s rallying appeal and influence in various technological and social aspects, promote the application level of UVA system in all social fields, perfect the industry chain of our country’s UVA system, facilitate the healthy development of our country’s UVA system industry and increasingly enhance the industrial competitiveness of our country’s UVA system. Since its construction preparation at the end of August 2014, AUVSC (Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems of China) has 140 member units and over 60 expert committee members.

·         貫徹落實國家相關的產業政策；

·         研究行業發展方向，制定行業發展規劃，提供行業資訊服務；

·         收集、統計行業信息，研究行業運行態勢，發布行業運行報告；

·         建立無人系統行業新技術新產品信息庫，向國家有關部門積極推薦進入相關目錄；

·         向政府有關部門提出政策建議，組織制定行業行規，搭建企業與政府間的溝通橋梁；

·         促進聯盟成員間的資源共享，促進聯盟成員在資金、技術、市場、知識產權等方面的合作；

·         組織重大共性技術研究，協調聯盟成員關系，實現產業化、規?；l展；

·         組織無人系統產業鏈各環節資源，開展重大項目頂層設計，實施行業或區域應用示范；

·         牽頭籌建無人系統相關院士工作站、工程研究中心、工程技術研究中心、重點實驗室等設施；

·         大力推動無人系統行業深入合作、產需對接和區域合作，加速無人系統技術與產品的普及應用；

·         加快無人系統行業相關標準的修訂，推動產品認證、質量檢測、品牌建設等行業體系的建立與完善；

·         研究行業關稅政策，開展產業損害預警工作，維護產業安全；

·         促進行業自律，維護行業和企業的利益及合法權益；

·         搭建無人系統產業信息交流、教育培訓、展覽展示等平臺，推動國內外產、學、研、商、用合作，增強聯盟企業的自主創新實力；

·         加強與國（境）外無人系統組織聯系和溝通，促進國際、區域間的交流與合作，提升中國無人系統的影響力和話語權；

·         承擔政府、聯盟成員委托的其它業務。

·         Task of AUVSC

·         Implement relevant industrial policies of China;

·         Study development trends of the industry, establish development plans and provide relevant consulting services for the industry;

·         Collect and analyze data in the industry, study the general situation of the industry’s performance, issue industry performance reports;

·         Build a database for new technologies and products of unmanned vehicle systems, apply to relevant government authorities actively for inclusion of the database in relevant categories;

·         Promote resources sharing among AUVSC members, promote AUVSC members’ cooperation in

·         financing, technologies, marketing, intellectual property rights, etc.;

·         Organize research on major common technologies, coordinate relationships between AUVSC members, and realize industrialized and large-scale development;

·         Lead the preparation to establish facilities like academician workstations, engineering research centers, engineering technology research centers and key Laboratories for unmanned vehicle systems;

·         Vigorously promote in-depth cooperation, regional cooperation, match supply and demand, accelerate popularization and application of unmanned vehicle Technologies and products;

·         Make research on tariff policies for this industry, conduct the monitoring and warning mechanism for industrial damages, maintain industrial security;

·         Promote self-discipline within the industry, protect interests and legal rights of the industry and enterprises;

·         Set up platforms for information exchange, education and training, exhibitions in the unmanned vehicle systems industry, promote domestic and international cooperation for manufacturing, learning, research and application, improve independent innovation of AUVSC members;

·         Enhancecommunications between domestic and foreign organizations for unmanned vehicle systems, promote international and regional exchanges and cooperation, increase the influence and win a greater say for China in the unmanned vehicle systems industry;

·         Undertake other tasks entrusted by the government and AUVSC members.
